The staff in the Division of Plastic Surgery of NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center considers you an important part of the team and we want to help you become an active participant in your procedure or treatment program. That is why we partnered with Emmi Solutions"! to provide you with a web-based multimedia program to help you understand your upcoming procedure and better manage your pre- and post- surgical care. Your Emmi program will take about twenty minutes to view and we encourage you to watch as often as you need. We also encourage you to share with family and friends who will be partnering in your care.

To register and view your Emmi program select the Emmi Solutions logo to be redirected to the registration page and provide:

1. 1. Your Name
2. 2. Your Date of Birth
3. 3. Your Procedure Date (if you know it-not required)
4. 4. Your Physician
5. 5. Your Emmi program (your surgeon has check marked the program on your patient instructions)
6. 6. Your Email so that your access code can be sent directly to you in a link (not required)

You will be automatically be given an access code and a link to select to take you directly to view your Emmi program.
