Since your decision to have surgery for obesity is life-transforming, we require that all prospective patients make an appointment to attend one of our weekly Obesity Surgery Seminar's prior to making an appointment to see any of our staff. The rationale behind this is to educate our patients regarding the various surgical procedures we have to offer as well as discuss the various dietary requirements that go along with the various surgical procedures, thus "painting" a completed picture as to the expectations before, during and after surgery. We have found that attending our seminar has helped guide our patients in choosing the appropriate weight-loss surgery for them.
