ACGME Accredited Residency Program

The next available openings are for two positions:
July 2011 and January 2012.

PLEASE NOTE: Thoracic Surgery Residency Programs are no longer accepting paper applications. All paper applications will be returned without review.

All applicants must apply through ERAS—the Electronic Residency Application Service—to be considered and must register with the National Resident Matching Program. The ERAS website includes information on required fees, how to request a token that is needed to access an ERAS application, program specific requirements and contact information for ERAS which is operated by the Association of American Medical Colleges. Any questions can be e-mailed to myeras@AAMC.org or you may also contact the Help Desk at 202.828.0413. In addition, you may contact Dr. Calhoon, the Secretary of the TSDA, at 210.698.0999 or email him at Calhoon@uthscsa.edu.

Applicants can begin applying through ERAS as of December 1, 2009.
