Those accepted into the preceptorship program will receive an e-mail confirmation of acceptance and a package with additional details approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the program.

Preceptorship Transportation
If you drive to The Allen Pavilion parking is available in the visitor lot directly in front of the main hospital entrance.
Parking is $12 per day and only cash is accepted. There is a cash machine located inside the lobby.
Prearranged car service will provide attendees transportation from On The Ave Hotel to The Allen Pavilion on Thursday (morning & evening) and Friday morning.
At the end of the day on Friday, attendees will be responsible for arranging their own transportation from The Allen Pavilion to the airport or back to the hotel.
For your convenience, there is a red phone at The Allen Pavilion security desk that is directly linked to cab/taxi service.

If you are checking out of the hotel on Friday, please do so in advance so that you don't miss the car service.
Luggage can be stored at the Allen Pavilion.

Scott will book your reservation and respond via e-mail with your confirmation number.
Room blocks expire 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Room block rates are available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
