Registration Payment
Application does not require up-front payment.
Please do not pay for this program until you have received a confirmation letter, which will instruct you how to make payment.
Payment is due within one week of receiving your confirmation.
Please Note:
Registration is limited to a maximum of 6 attendees per program.
Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Telephone registrations and/or cancellations are not accepted.
Due to the limited space, a refund of registration fee, less a 25% administrative fee, will be made if written notice of cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to the program.
No refunds can be made thereafter.
Tuition
- Fax or mailed applications: = $500
- Online applications receive a $25 discount = $475
Tuition includes academic presentations and course materials as well as breakfast, lunch, and refreshments on Thursday and Friday.
