Membership Eligibility

Surgeons who have received part or all of their training in the Department of Surgery, as well as past and present surgical faculty at Columbia University Medical Center, are eligible to become active members of the John Jones Surgical Society. Current Residents and Fellows in the Department of Surgery are eligible to join as candidate members. Surgeons who trained at the Presbyterian Hospital in departments other than the Department of Surgery, who wish to join the Society and are interested in its aims, are welcome to apply as Associate Members.
