Barbara's title of office manager encompasses everything from overseeing budgets and maintaining databases to troubleshooting computer problems, managing personnel information, and using her computer skills to create graphic displays, charts and graphs, and other presentation-quality documents.
She definitely is "the one to ask" in External Affairs.
